Dated claims, and which ones go stale first
Every factual claim on this site carries the date it was checked. This page collects them, and says which kinds rot in weeks and which hold for a year.
When each claim was last verified
Where a figure came from somebody else, the date is theirs rather than ours, and it says so. We would rather show a date you can judge than a claim that sounds current.
| What | How it was checked | Date |
|---|---|---|
| Weidian has no buyer search on the desktop web | Opened the search address in a browser; it returns a not found page | 9 Oct 2026 |
| The four Weidian address shapes | Opened each route form in a browser and recorded the page title | 9 Oct 2026 |
| Weidian's operating company and filing number | Read from the footer of the official site | 9 Oct 2026 |
| The sixteen category links on this site | Requested each one and confirmed it returns a page, with no redirect | 9 Oct 2026 |
| Agent fee and storage figures | Taken from a third party measurement, not measured by us | 2 Oct 2026 |
| Which platforms our partner agent supports | Read from the agent's own page title | 9 Oct 2026 |

Freshness
Which facts go stale fastest
Not everything decays at the same speed, and it helps to know which half of a guide to distrust first.
- Fee figures: weeks. One agent's markup moved nearly twelve percentage points in two months. Recheck before a large order.
- Shipping prices and times: weeks. Lines open, close and get congested.
- Storage windows: months. They change, but rarely and with notice.
- How the platform works: slowly. Route formats and the absence of a buyer search are structural. They are the safest things here.
So the structural pages age well and the number pages do not. That is also the order to read them in.

Official notices
Where agent announcements actually appear
Agents post promotions, route changes and holiday notices on their own sites rather than anywhere central. During Chinese public holidays both sellers and warehouses stop, and the notice about it usually goes up only a few days ahead.
If you are planning a large order around a holiday, the agent's own announcements page is the thing to read, not a guide site. We cannot be more current than they are.
